Continually crossing boundaries and seemingly creating new, exciting genres on the fly, Swedish composer Andreas Tilliander is a legend in his own right. Recording under his own name as well as under the Lowfour, Mokira and Rechord monikers, he was a seminal part of the ‘clicks & cuts’ movement and has had en enormous influence on minimal techno and house as we know it today. Early 2009 sees the release of his brand-new Mokira album entitled ‘Persona’, released on the continious qualitative Type Records label, which will be exclusively premiered at ResonanceGhent 2009. Expect a rumbling experience, upsetting stereotypes and forging new and undiscovered musical structures.
